Yallingup Renovation
This extensive Yallingup renovation transformed an existing rural home into a spacious, contemporary residence with improved flow, natural light and connection to the surrounding landscape. The project included the addition of a second storey, updated living areas, new kitchen and bathroom spaces, and a refreshed exterior that gives the home a more refined coastal presence.
Inside, vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, soft neutral finishes and generous glazing create a calm, open and highly liveable home. The result is a substantial renovation that respects the character of the original property while giving it the space, comfort and finish of a modern South West residence.

We bought a property in Yallingup that Marty Broekman had originally built for the previous owners.
We wanted to do extensive multi-level renovations that would match the existing residence so contracted Marty to build the project. The work was done on time and on budget and so well done that it is impossible to separate the renovations from the original structure.
Marty was on site supervising the work full time as well as doing a lot of the work that he had the skills for. Marty was a wonderful person to work with, always obliging, patient, and willing to listen to our frequent variation requests.
We were absolutely delighted with the finished product delivered to us. The very few maintenance issues that we have had since the renovations were completed have been dealt with immediately by Marty without any argument.
