Ashtons
Ashtons are two contemporary beachfront homes in Marybrook, designed to embrace coastal living through generous outdoor areas, natural light and a strong connection to their surroundings. The homes’ bold architectural forms are defined by layered balconies, steel framing and warm, textured material palettes, creating modern exteriors with depth and character. Large openings and expansive alfresco spaces extend the internal living zones outdoors, providing sheltered areas for entertaining while capturing outlooks and sea breezes. Internally, the designs focus on open plan functionality, clean lines and durable finishes suited to relaxed coastal living. The result is a pair of striking modern homes that balance lifestyle, comfort and a strong sense of place.
